Welcome to Institutional Planning, Development and Control (P3I) Section of Telkom University.
As a part of Directorate of Secretariat and Strategic Planning (SPS), P3I manages two affairs, namely
(1) Institutional Planning and Development, as well as (2) Performance Controlling and Reporting. The P3I section has the main task of managing and compiling institutional strategic planning, development and evaluation in accordance with the institution's vision, mission and objectives; as well as managing the implementation of monitoring, monitoring and measuring the strategic implementation of all units and faculties at Telkom University.Telkom University, which has continued to develop since its founding in 2013, requires programs that are supported by strategic planning to achieve its vision and mission, improve performance, and strengthen competitiveness at the international level. Telkom University's strategic planning also includes national and international ranking improvement programs; formulation of vision, mission, goals, and objectives; determining business processes, dividing role maps, as well as creating job descriptions and authority for all units in preparing documents Organizational structure and Work Procedures (SOTK).
